La Fleur des Piton, a romantic and luxurious villa with world renowned views is located in Soufriere, the third town of St. Lucia. It is a one and a half hour drive from Castries / George Charles Airport and a 45 minute drive from Hewanorra Airport. Soufriere boasts the drive-in volcano, the health-giving mineral baths, and the scenic Pitons which are situated in a designated world heritage site. Jalousie Hotel is situated nearby and there are various water sports activities at this location. There are varied restaurants in the area - from quaint local bistros to gourmet restaurants. These are all situated in the nearby hotels e.g. The Dashene Restaurant in the next door Ladera Hotel.

La Fleur des Pitons is a 4,200 sq. ft. "plantation" style home nestled on a breath-taking site on a high ridge between The Pitons of St. Lucia. The house enjoys not only a unique view of both Pitons and The Caribbean Sea, but it also benefits from the cooling trade wind sea breezes. Completed in January 2007, the house and its adjacent cottage, La Petite Fleur, enjoy every amenity. It has a Great Room (30ft x 30 ft) surrounded on three sides with tall louvred doors, each opening onto a covered verandah with sweeping views. The Great Room is ideal for relaxing and dining (seating for 10 persons) with its high vaulted wood ceilings, Bose speakers in each corner and attractive, locally made furniture. Attached to the Great Room is an open plan kitchen with a tile topped breakfast bar with stools for casual dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave and an electric coffee maker. There is a telephone and internet access point located just off the bar area.

The main house has two spacious bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings and its own balcony - one is situated on the ground floor and the other upstairs. A separate guest cottage, 740 sq ft set in its own grounds completes this property. This cottage can be rented with the main house or as a stand-alone property. The cottage has a large studio room, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric coffee maker and a toaster oven. The unusual bathroom has a private outdoor shower area, plus a walk in closet and safe. The studio opens onto a roomy verandah with an incomparable view of The Pitons. This area is furnished for alfresco dining and sun bathing. There is a 10ft by 12ft. plunge pool.

The South verandah faces a 30ft long stone waterfall - the views and sounds can be enjoyed both inside and outside. Outside the west verandah is a 40ft x 20ft infinity pool which gives the illusion of spilling down the hillside, emphasising the 1000ft drop to The Caribbean Sea below. Located on one end of the pool deck is an alfresco dining area, while on the other end is a sun deck fully equipped with chaises for sun lovers. A shower /bathroom is situated off the pool area.
